West Chester, PA — DSC Solutions, a national leader in integrated facility services, announced today the acquisition of Brandywine Maintenance Company, a well-established commercial cleaning company based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The acquisition was completed through DSC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Select Building Services, and marks another key milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Brandywine Maintenance Company has served southeastern Pennsylvania for decades with a strong reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and quality. As part of the integration, DSC will open a new office in West Chester to support operations, drive regional hiring, and better serve its expanding client base across the Mid-Atlantic.

This acquisition is part of a broader consolidation strategy being executed through Cerberus Capital Group, a strategic investment platform wholly owned and operated by DSC Solutions. Cerberus was created by DSC to lead the acquisition, integration, and scaling of complementary facility service companies under unified ownership and operational leadership. Unlike traditional private equity, Cerberus is not an outside capital partner—it is an internal growth engine, fully controlled by DSC’s leadership team.
