DSC Solutions Launches DSC Mechanical Holdings with Acquisition of MTK Mechanical

Lancaster, PA – DSC Solutions, a rapidly growing facility services platform headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, today announced the launch of DSC Mechanical Holdings, a new division focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. As part of this strategic expansion, DSC Mechanical Holdings has completed its first acquisition with the purchase of MTK Mechanical, a Lancaster-based HVAC contractor serving residential and commercial clients throughout the region.

MTK Mechanical is a family-owned heating and cooling company known for dependable HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services across Lancaster County.   The acquisition marks DSC’s official entry into the mechanical trades and represents a major milestone in the company’s long-term platform strategy.

DSC Solutions has experienced rapid growth in recent years by building a multi-entity platform that delivers facility services across commercial properties, retail centers, universities, and other large-scale environments.

The creation of DSC Mechanical Holdings reflects the company’s broader vision of building a fully integrated infrastructure services platform, combining facility services with mechanical expertise.

“Mechanical systems are the backbone of every building,” said Alan, Founder and President of DSC Solutions. “As we continue to grow our facility services platform, expanding into HVAC and mechanical services allows us to deliver even greater value to the buildings and clients we already serve.”

Through the acquisition of MTK Mechanical, DSC Mechanical Holdings will immediately begin providing heating, cooling, and ventilation services throughout the Lancaster market, while laying the groundwork for future expansion.

The company plans to grow DSC Mechanical Holdings through a combination of organic growth and additional acquisitions across the mechanical trades, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.

“Our goal is to build a long-term platform in the mechanical services space, similar to what we have successfully built on the facility services side,” Alan added. “We believe the future of building services lies in integrated solutions, where facility operations, maintenance, and mechanical systems work together under one platform.”

MTK Mechanical will continue operating with its existing team while benefiting from DSC’s operational infrastructure, resources, and growth strategy.

This acquisition represents the first step in DSC Mechanical Holdings’ strategy to build a regional platform across the mechanical trades, expanding alongside DSC Solutions’ rapidly growing facility services portfolio.
